Here are some common questions about our company.

Completed samples are really important, because they illustrate that we understand your vision and showcase the technical skills of our craft team.

We always recommend that samples are produced and approved by you prior to the production of the official order. The cost of your samples will be advised by your Support Manager before they’re produced. 

Some of our partners approach us having already developed their own supply relationships, in which case we’re more than happy to liaise directly with their suppliers regarding stock.

Otherwise, we are well connected to suppliers both locally and internationally. We can easily source, cut and set the following materials on request:

  • Precious gemstones (diamond, sapphire, ruby, etc.)
  • Semi-precious gemstones (amethyst, peridot, citrine, opal, etc.)
  • Mother of Pearl shell
  • Non-precious minerals (granite, turquoise, onyx, etc.)

With the best interests of yourself and your designs at heart, we’re flexible in how we collaborate with you as a partner and the degree of support we offer you. Should you wish to bring your own sketches, CAD designs and supplies to the table, we’ll be pleased to work from them.

Ultimately, however, we pride ourselves on an efficient and detail-orientated start-to-finish process of design development and production, which includes an immense range of components like chains. 

We take exclusivity seriously and keep the names of our clients strictly confidential. However, we’re proud to have played an instrumental role in the immense growth of our customers' brands over the past 50 years. Today, some can be found in high-end department stores such as John Lewis, Liberty, Selfridges, Harrods and Nordstrom (US).


Yes - we’re proud to share an extensive in-house collection that you may order from without any requirement to make amendments. As a manufacturer (not wholesaler), we don’t keep stock, so all designs are made to order. This means you have the opportunity to customise our in-house designs if you wish, swapping out gemstones and components to create a finished product that is uniquely yours.

In order for you to feel full confidence in us as your partner, we’re committed to transparency. For loyal clients with whom we’ve established a steady partnership, we extend an invitation to visit us by appointment. A site tour is a fascinating opportunity to learn how your jewellery designs are produced and discuss any new projects with us. We’ve welcomed our partners this way since the very beginning in 1975. If you’d like to step into the magical realm of jewellery craftsmanship, please get in touch to discuss a potential visit with our Managing Director Kim.  

All shipping charges from our crafting facility in Thailand to our sales office in the UK are included in the unit quote for each jewellery piece, so there are no hidden or added costs.

If you’re a Silver? Service client, the only shipping cost you’ll need to cover is the final journey from our sales office in the UK to yourself.

If you’re a Gold? Service client, shipping from our UK sales office to yourself is included in your package.

If you’re a Platinum? Service client, you needn’t worry about shipping at all - we’re delighted to offer a drop-shipping service, delivering your products directly to your customers' front doors.
